Not happy at all with my nails :( they did a HORRIBLE JOB. When I got there one of the girls started to work on my nails she glued and cut them (my right hand only). She told me to wait while my gel nail polish came off from my own nails (she used nail polish remover, cotton and aluminum foil). Another customer came in and she started to work on her nails. The 2nd girl call me to start working on my nails she did a SLOPPY JOB. Nail shape was different some short and some long. Didn't file them properly and now I have rough nails that can scratch easily. When she was working on my nails she looked mad/unhappy. It was a waste of my money I will not be returning.

Came here to get simple short black square shaped nails. I tried to show her the picture lf nail I wanted, but she ignored me and started applying bits of gold, pink, and blue sparkles. She tried to tell her what I wanted but she spoke another language, so I was not able to talk to her. The nail polish application process was sloppily done and you can the layers of paint in different directions, over all I am very disappointed that I spent $25 dollars on this.

I was so ripped off by this place. It's my fault tho, I should have ran after seeing all the flies, but I stayed. The first time I had a medi-pedi with gel. I was a little annoyed with the flies, but they did a great job with my feet that I over looked it. My nails on the other had was a disaster. The gel was put on very thick and started lifting after 2 days. I work on my feet 10 and 11 hour days so I went back just for the foot message with hot stones. I asked for a French medi-pedi (no gel) and 7 minute foot message with hot stones. Through the whole process I was getting attacked by many flies it wasn't just 1 or 2....I count it like 10 different flies that kept attacking my face my arms and my legs as they will working on my feet. During the process, I was waiting for my 7min message with hot stones... it never happen... she painted my toes and I asked her if I will be getting my hot stone message... she said wait 15 minutes for my toes to dry... she left me in the chair and went to lunch after about 15 minutes I asked what happen... did you forget about me? What happened to my foot message... they call her on the phone and asked her. She said that she thought she did it and I said no you didn't cause that was the whole purpose of me coming here!!! I was so angry!!! my day was wasted. I said just never mind just a deduct the massage out of the price of the package I bought and I'm done... but no they didn't do that they took out the hot stones and rubbed them on my feet for like 1 minute. Do not go to this place this was the worst nail solan I've ever experienced in my life! I pray that my toe that is starting to get sore doesn't catch an infection because they are not clean.. by the way they charged me $60 for a medi-pedi no gel .. I was robbed!

Horrible job. Older lady nails came out bumpy after redoing them twice. Crystals fell off next day. Could not speak enough English to communicate. Wasted 35 dollars on a gel paint that I had to go over and fix them myself. Took over 2 hrs because she couldn't get them right. I don't normally give reviews but this was the worst job I have ever received by any place I have been. This was just a simple gel manicure with a few crystals. Don't waste your time or money here.
