Nails and eyebrows very good each time I have visited the salon.
One worker seems to have attitude.
I didn't see tools cleaned after a client at all so Its hard to give 5 star rating.

I visited this salon to get a nail fill-in and a pedicure. They did not have the color of powder that I normally get so I passed on the fill-in and got the pedicure. I was asked if I wanted to get an upgraded pedicure. I asked for the details of the upgrade. I then asked for the price and was told that the prices of the pedicures were $25, $30 and $40. I told the technician to give me the $30 pedicure. Once she finished with the pedicure, she asked again about the nail fill-in and I asked to see her powders. As stated before, they didn't have my color so I told her that I wasn't getting my nails done. Once I was seated at the pedicure dryer table I heard the technician talking to someone, who may have been the manager, about my nails. A different person then came and asked me if she could check me out and I responded yes. She then told me that my bill was $40 for the pedicure. I told her that I asked for the $30 pedicure. She told me that I asked for a "sea salt scrub." This lady did not even do my pedicure or communicate with me concerning my pedicure. I never asked for a scrub but only told the technician to give me the $30 pedicure. I am a firm believer in tipping and always tip more than the 20 percent. I did not argue, but paid the $40 because as far as I was concerned that was her tip. I knew that I would never ever come back again. I felt that I was over charged because I chose not to get my nails done. I am here visiting from out of state for a while and you lost a potential customer! Oh, by the way, the pedicure was not that great either. The technician seemed a bit inexperienced.
