This place does horrible nail sets never will I go back!!!!! I HAD to go to another nail salon to fix their bad job uneven nail beds lumpy and I even had a large gap between my nail and the acrylic letting water and food get trapped BEWARE OF THIS SALON

Very terrible place I came here a few months ago to get my nails done and she suggested that I should get a facial I have gotten facials before so I thought why not when she was doing the facial I noticed that she wasn't showing me or telling me about any products that she was putting on my face when the facial was done she charged me for the facial and never gave me a receipt , the next day or two I was getting a lot of big red bumps with puss that I have never had before I've always had very clear beautiful skin all through High School up until now I am 24 years old. I tried to give it time to heal and to see if the pimples would go away and they wouldn't I tried a lot of things many things I even went to a dermatologist now I have scars on my face and i was depressed about it because everyone around me was asking me what had happened. Im staying positive now and moving forward but I just wanted to warn everybody to never come here.

Just been here once as walk-in for no-chip manicure. I had to have it redone in a week as chipped. Color wasn't applied evenly, so you could see not proper application. I don't understand the reason, maybe old nail polish, maybe missing coat. I am not expert. I wouldn't come back.

LAN is FABULOUS! When I called her I was near tears from frustration. She was scheduled to close @ 8pm (5minutes from my reaching @7:55) and immediately calmed me. Then she said she'd "wait for me" without even asking how long it would take me to arrive, (Another 10+/- minutes), and do whatever, (fill, full set, pedi, wax, ???), I needed/wanted done! ANYTHING I needed without a worry as long as I got there safe! AMAZING! My nails are PERFECT! Her shop is newly and very nicely decorated! Her nail art (mostly done by hand) is GORGEOUS! I wasn't hurt at all! NOT ONCE! She has 6 (yes SIX) children 3 and 3 that she is and has every reason to be proud of as they're all DOCTORS! She shared a couple pictures and awards they've received (the kids are involved in Doctors Without Borders and Giving Smiles [cleft palette surgery] Back, etc. etc.) and it wasn't in an obtrusive manner. PLUS was finished doing my rather extensive fill of, both white and clear filling needed, Permanent French nails in under an hour! I hugged her and she has a new customer for life! BTW Did I mention that she also charged me at a discount and sent me off with a coupon for next time?!?!? WOW 100 STARS for LAN and her (under a new name soon) Envy Spa & Salon business! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You're AMAZING!!

Jenny is there and she gets 5 stars. But the owner is unprofessional and acts like the salon is a social club.
