While at the beach in February I visited this nail salon and I pleased with Jennifer's service. I was so pleased that I decided to visit this nail salon on my next trip to the beach. When I got there I walked up to Jennifer and asked her how long would the wait be, a simple question, and she answered but she was very rude. I didn't take it personally.
I recently visited the beach again and decided to try this shop again. I asked her again about the wait and she was rude. I asked her when was a good time to come and she stated not the weekend. Well it was a Tuesday... I gave her the benefit of the doubt and both times she was rude. I'm almost convinced she may be racist. She's definitely unprofessional. She had the nerve to say that she knew that I lived out of town. One would think she would be appreciative that I traveled to her salon.
Last thing, an African American lady, walked in and asked her what time did they close. Jennifer told her the time and the lady said thanks and walked out. I overheard Jennifer say I hope she doesn't come 30 minutes before we close. I can understand her saying that but she shouldn't have said that in front of customers. Some things you keep to yourself. That was unprofessional. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I know what salon that I will not be recommending to my associates and family that travel to the beach frequently.

Just went for a fill in, they did a good job, however the color I picked out didn’t match what they applied and it chipped within 4 days.. and it was gel polish. I feel like it was overpriced too, won’t be returning for these reasons

Yes I have to admit it is a nice environment and very sanitary, But the quality of materials used were very poor. My friend and I were not satisfied because our nails didn't LAST a day chipped and turned an unusual color. I would not recommend them to my friends and I won't go BACK Becaus her

These people messed my nails up, although I was upset about it I didn't have a issue paying I just never went back. This is the best revenge I get to safely share the experience with you all.

I love how articulate Jennifer is with powder ombre. They always treat me like family here.
