Terrible experience
I will never go back.
I made appointments for manicures for three people days in advance of a very important event. I called twice to confirm.
When we arrived on time, we were told to sit down.
3 (!) walk-ins were taken before us without even looking at us.
We waited and waited and in the end walked out.
