This school is a sham! They screwed over a really good friend of mine who was enrolled there and it's somehow "Perfectly Legal"! On top of that because he wasn't a "conservative Southern Baptist" and lived a different kind of lifestyle they discriminated against him! I will take my business to Genesis from now on and I urge others to do the same.

I got my hair cut and styled one time and colored red the next. They did a good job! Keep in mind it is a school so they are all learning. The instructors walk around and check their work so yes it takes a little longer then normal. The good news is if they do something you end up not liking they will fix it for free.

Its a baber shop for people to learn to cut hair. It's not hard to grasp that? They do a fine job. I'm sorry if these other reviews misguide you.

I am a disabled veteran and have attended cosmetology school in Huntsville, I want to complete my schooling and gain part-time employment. However, Mr Wayne himself will not accept me into his program due to the fact that I have PTSD.Even though my PTSD is controlled through medicine and therapy, He asked to speak with my Therapist and refused enrollment until I prove that I am competent. If I were incompetent I would be in a psych ward. I feel that he is discriminant towards people with disabilities. It is federally illegal for him to even ask me for that. I am filing complaints with several agencies, such as: Americans with Disabilities, the Dept of Education, G.I. Bill REP, the Veterans Liaison, and many more. I feel that this is a necessity especially since I have recently discovered that this happens a lot at this school. Mr. Wayne is a hypocritical snob! All he cares about is money.

they did a terrible job on my nails and i got my hair crawl and it took 1 hour and she did not even have it on have of the time they sucked i will never never go there a gean i will go to foxys nails not them
