Very clean and friendly family owned nail salon. It’s a mother and two daughters operation and they do very nice manicures, pedicures. Also have had my eyebrows waxed and was happy. I enjoy their salon and it’s become my go-to since moving to Dublin.

The girls are amazing and remember my mom and I when we call in for appointments. They are great compared to a lot of other nail salons I have gone to in the bay area and Sacramento. They clean up the nail and cuticles which some places don't do and for that I'm grateful cause no one wants to go and get a set done and then get home to realize there's bits that are catching on the sides cause they weren't shaped down and clipped or caught before you left. They are always fantastic! Glad that I have found my regular shop to get nails done that I love!

MZ. Mimi, the owner runs a tight ship. Beautifully done local nail spa. Fri/Sat are busy so call and make an appointment. I really enjoyed my services at Mimi's Nail Spa.

Mimi over charged me for a mani and pedi and refuses to give me my money back! Dont trust this nail shop...horrible customer service!
I missed 1 appointment with Tina, the following week I scheduled an appointment with Diana no problem. She did a great job. We talked about their family trip to Hawaii, dating etc. It was great! A few weeks later I go in for a scheduled appointment with Tina and she tells me she cant see me because she has a "no show" policy. Just to be clear, I've been going to this nail shop before Mimi was the owner. Never Ever did they once say anything about a no show policy. Customers should be informed of policies before they "break" them ....and if it was a problem why not tell me when I went in the following weeks and had an appointment with Diana.
Today I checked my bank statement and found they over charged me and Tina refuses to refund me my money. I've filed a complaint and an investigation is underway! I can move on from the bad customer service and newly created policies...but when you play with my money we have deeper problems.
If you go pay with cash!!! They cant be trusted..check your bank statements.
