Got my nails done even after seeing the bad reviews online.. should have listen to the reviews.. I purely only decided to go ahead and give them a shot because my spouse was getting a haircut right next door at the same time. Bad choice. I wanted a just regular paint and design simple stripes. Lady was rude from the start kept slapping my hands because I wouldn’t relax them I understand I was supposed to but I’m not used to treating myself and I even apologized multiple times and explained I had never done my nails before. She made super thin and thick lines that did not match what I wanted. After she was done she asked if I had a bag and pointed me towards the nail drying station, after yelling at me for pointing towards my bag because she jumped at me saying not to touch or I’d ruin them and she’d have to start all over. It’s understandable but could have been nicer about the situation. My spouse came over while they were drying when he was done with his haircut and gave him a look like I just wanna get out of here. Finally after everything they tell me my total was 25$ I’m unsure if that was a little pricey or not considering I don’t regularly get my nails done. I gave her a 5$ tip because I had a 20 and 10 and wanted to get outta there ASAP. It’s been 2 weeks and my white nails have turned yellow. I am not a smoker nor do I do anything for them to turn that way. I’m assuming she must have used some type of cheap top coat for them. I won’t be going back.

I love the way they do nails and they always look good and last at least 3 weeks to a month!! Ill never go to anyone else

The owners are very rude. Especially the woman. she always gives dirty looks. The Husband did my nails and charged my card extra for length without letting me know(nails aren't even an inch long). I got acrylic with gel and my gel polish is already coming off three days later. Will not be back!

Wow... After waiting an hour for tips and acrylic overlay, I am so disappointed!
I have worn artificial nails MANY times, even applied my own, and NEVER have my nails actually hurt after application!!
Although this time did... I could understand why after I got home,
1. Nail tip not as wide as my natural nail.
2. Nail tip applied over almost half of natural nail bed.
3. Product not just too close to cuticle but actually on it.
4. Filed into nail bed on sides to remove natural nail that wasn't covered by tip.
I understand some would not wait for an hour to have them done but I had made 2 other attempts but just couldn't get there... I should have been listening.....
I now need to call to cancel a future appointment .
They did hurt while I was there but just thought it had been awhile since having them done.... But anyway....
Lesson learned.
Sad and disappointed 😞
