I rode my motorcycle from California to Little Rock last year in July. On my 3rd day there I went to this Salon to get a manicure and pedicure. I did not get gel on my feet so I asked the technician whom barely spoke to me throughout the process if he had a fan to dry my feet with because I was on my bike I had to put boots back on and didn’t want to ruin my nails. Instead of a fan he brings out a heater and places it at my feet. I put both feet down but the left is closer to where the heat comes out. After a min or so I say hat this is too hot and I move my feet back as the lady at the counter makes a joke about it and tells me to move my feet. I look at my foot, besides being a little hot it looks fine so I put on my socks and shoes and leave. Later that night when I got in the shower I noticed 3 huge blister on my feet I panicked and emailed my doctor. I go back to the shop the following day when they open and show the lady my feet and she returned the pedicure money only and bought me iodine. I had to ride all the way back to California with blisters in the 100 plus degrees weather and as a result my foot got infected. It took3 months to heal and I missed a month in total of work. This nail shop denied my claim and I have to pay all my emergency bills out of pocket plus missed wages and the time I spent praying I wouldn’t lose my toes.

I brought my daughter and niece to this nail salon on Shackleford on August 17, 2021. I was getting married the next day and we needed our nails done. It was about 7 p.m., and had I known they were going to be super busy, I would have come back in the morning. Instead, they had us wait until after 8 p.m., the time they were supposed to close. My niece, daughter, and I were each cut on several of our fingers, and the nail techs used alcohol to "clean" the cut and get rid of the blood, which burned even more. My daughter's nails weren't dried properly, so some of the paint came off. I had to repaint them. I asked my nail tech to add a nail to my thumb to make it equal in length to the rest of my naturally long nails; instead, he filed them all down to match the length of my broken thumbnail. I am very disappointed in the service my daughter, niece and I received. We will not be back.

First off I’m very selective with how I spend my hard earned money. So after reading every review I could find I decided to finally go in. Today was my first visit and I am exceptionally pleased with my experience. I was a walk in customer and did not have to wait....The technician that worked on me was meticulous with every aspect of doing my nails from start to finish. He removed and applied polish 3 times to ensure that it was perfect ( all on his own). I’m always surprised especially in this day and time when a person shows integrity while doing the job that we the customers are paying for ( hope that makes sense). His overall service exceeded my expectations and I love my nails and now i will be a repeat customer.
*** I also give him a generous tip because I appreciated the time he took to make sure I received what I was paying for. I hope this review helps you make your decision

I went to Walmart super-center today, and decided to go in and get my nails done at REGAL Nails, and I’m very impressed with my manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my nails is very nice and the staff was very professional I really appreciate the Good Customer Service😍 Thank you
