This location is fantastic! The management and front desk staff is superb, Carmen the Asst. manager and Laura at the front desk especially. Eli is the best if you’re looking for a stylist in the D.C area. Franck is fantastic for color and Mouna does an amazing facial. Naima does a relaxing shampoo I always fall asleep. Highly recommend Dessange to anyone looking for luxury in D.C.

I have gone here for years. All of the hairdressers do exceptionally quality work. The cuts and colors are worth the cost. And they last!

Excellent service throughout except for the indifferent and rushed attitude of the front desk staff which is utterly unworthy of a high end Salon like this.

First of all the Dessange website filter reviews so don't trust it. Secondly if you get scheduled with Eli, you are better off saving yourself some money by just going to Paul Mitchell the school. Although the cut did not look visually bad, his work defames the Dessange name and reputation. I did not see any skill in his cut at all. Its amazing he is able to cut a pompadour without any blunt cutting and using exclusively thinning shears and hair clippers. Especially with its reputation in Europe, i go to Dessange expecting a a+ work. $60 is way too expensive for what is at best c+.
