I had switched salons for a last minute pedicure and dip change. When I came in I felt very safe with the various COVID protocols that they had in place. The technicians were very friendly and helpful! One thing that I really enjoyed about POSH, that should be a common practice among all salons, is making sure to use reusable cups for dip manicures. This made me feel very safe about various bacteria and other things that can travel through the dip powder. Highly recommend!

I found this place after running away from my salon I’ve been very loyal to due to quality being reduced greatly, I found posh nails and spa. Came in Sunday got a fill and shellac done.
Had to return Tuesday due to nails chipping and lifting they were extremely sympathetic and took care of me even let me choose a new color completely free of charge redid my nails they look stunning. They feel secure. I was skeptical at first but returning only for them to do the right thing and fix it. ❤️❤️❤️

I was going to posh for over a year now and today was the last time I’ll ever give them my business. The workers there are very unprofessional. They’re always on their phones if they don’t have a client. When you’re getting your nails done, the technicians don’t talk to you at all or ask you if you like the way they’re doing your nails. Today I had an issue with the receptionist/(“manager”) and she was extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional in front of other clients that were there. I’ve decided to go else where and will never give them my business again. I have sent a lot of friends to go their to get their nails done but after today my friends will also no longer be going there as well. Poor service!

Have been going here about two years now since thankfully finding it through a random person. Mi, Yennie, and Kim are your go to nail techs. Mi has been doing my nails ever since and I just love her to death. She knows me so well and my nail expectations are high and she's got it. As far as atmosphere and front staff. Amazing; always clean, friendly and professional. Stephanie and Kristi are awesome 👍 Thank you ladies see you again in two weeks per usual.
