Loved this place! Got my nails done on a Sunday and the wait was not long. I got a gel manicure done and it lasted me weeks!! The nail technician was so great and was very gentle with my nails. The polish selection is always an amazing variety. Has been my go to nail salon!

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. First of all let me state that I am a bartender and I work for tips and I know that reviews are important, which is why even in my worst experiences this will be my first time leaving a bad review....
As soon as my mother and I walked in, we were greeted as if we were an annoyance. As soon as we sit down, we realize how absolutely filthy everything was. The table, the lamp the dust. The absolute obvious sign that the tools are not washed. As my mom was getting her nails soaked & filed (removal of a gel manicure) the lady was using her raw finger nail to scrape each and every piece of with zero gloves.
Moving forward, as I’m sitting there waiting to soak my nails in the bowl of water, the lady immediately took the towel from under my mothers nails with her clippings and nail polish, SHOOK IT OFF and placed it under my hands like that wasn’t foul and was somehow acceptable....barf.
The lady who then joined the party to finish my nails, blatantly grabbed her tools OFF THE BARE table of whose nails she just finished with, wiped her cuticle pieces off the tool and immediately started using it on mine. Meanwhile I watched the tech doing my mother’s nails, dump the nasty bowl of water into the pedicure tub where we all soak our feet in, instead of the sink...but best part was she stuck her bare hand in the bowl to hold in the dirty pebbles sitting in the bottom of the bowl, and did not wash her hands after. COME ON. So foul.
I could keep going on and on but seriously we get our nails done every two weeks at various places and have never had an experience like this. Nor did the ladies say one word to us the entire time.
My nails are also all completely different lengths and I have polish left all over my fingers
We will be going elsewhere tomorrow to get an entire new gel manicure to avoid any and all diseases to our fingernails, and will never return to orchid spa ever again.
