They do an average job on your nails at best. However, they act like they can't understand English. You ask them a direct and specific question, they speak to each other in their primary language, and then never truly answer your question. I asked a direct question, they laughed and never really answered, just unprofessional and rude. I love the way Lisa does my eyebrows; however, she wasn't in my last visit. I allowed the short hair brunette to wax them and she did a horrible job! I will never visit these rude and unprofessional people again. I only tried these people because they are close. However, I will just go back to my usual spa on Union ave every two weeks to get proper treatment. It's worth the drive.

Worst service. They act like they can't speak English and don't pay with a credit/debit card because they will ADD an additional tip on there because they add a TIP on there and I didn't realize until I received my Bill from my credit card. That is THEFT!!!!!!

Ok overall Nice and close to my New apartment..well if i want a pedicure why soak my feet put a scrub on it and that's it👀!! First time there on 2/18/18 i told her if i wanted to soak my feet and scrub only then polish why did i need to come to her? Like it got better after i had to tell her i feel more where she needs to use the feet scraper lol😣

Use to be the place to go to get your nails done. Staff is extremely slow. service is not as quality as it used to be. Nal techs do not listen to your concerns.

So sweet and my nails have lasted me months. I Just go in for a fill every three weeks. Mike is hilarious. My nails always come out great !
