I had such a great experience with Jenny today! I did the elegant spa pedicure and added a 10 minute massage which was much needed. They gave us a heated neck wrap that had such a wonderful smell. The entire experience was so relaxing. The facility is so clean, crisp, and super up to date. Thank you for such a great experience.

Absolutely love this place! Customer service is second to none because they treat you like family. Most importantly they know what they are doing, Andy will only allow the best technicians to do your nails and you will always leave with the best mani/pedi you have had. Your friends will have nail envy!💅 Also, eyebrow waxing is great, I only trust Sophia to do a great job. Best shop in Va Beach!

Wonderful salon! My nails are just beautiful!! Friendly and helpful staff when you are checking in. Many technicians tables and left chairs.

I love to give 5 star reviews but unfortunately I can't say that today. I put 3 stars only because I want to give the benefit of the doubt with it being a new business. I live in the area and saw that Elegant Nails was opening in the new small shopping center off General booth and Nimmo so I always like to give new small businesses a try. Last night I went on their site and made an appointment for a Milk & Honey Pedicure plus 5 minute foot massage. I was so looking forward to it today. The appointment I set was for 11:30am through their online system. I immediately received a text that said "Hello JENNIFER, your appointment at Elegant Nail Spa has been sent to business owner to confirm. Please wait for another message for confirmation" So I waited and waited and waited. 9:30am came this morning (when they open) and still no word so I decided to call. The number dialed then said "call failed" I tried again, same thing. I tried 2 more times and same thing. So trying to still make things work, I went back on their site and emailed them. It's now 3:30 pm and still no email, call or text. So while I didn't get a chance to even try them out, I am not happy with the communication, or lack there of from this new company. I hope it's just a glitch but I am already discouraged and won't try again. So that is why I left 3 stars. I don't want to say they are not good because I haven't had a chance to find out. Disappointed!
