I've been coming to Bella Vous for many years. Place is always clean and friendly people work there. I highly recommend Megan. She's the best in my opinion. 💅

My nail extremely rude and ripped my left thumb nail off causing it to bleed. My nail tech kept insulting me saying my nail beds were paper thin and even I asked her how she could help me strengthen my nails back again she never gave me an answer. She also cut me on my right pinky. I showed her a reference picture and she became frustrated with me and raised her voice at me a few times when I said that the French tip wasn’t shaped like in the picture. This was the worst set I have ever gotten. It is lumpy, uneven and extremely flawed. She had a very negative attitude as soon as I was seated. I was charged $150 when I only got a full set with acrylic removal and a signature gel pedicure with gel removal. I am very upset that I was overcharged for poor service. I sent a formal complaint and still haven’t heard back

After today; this nail salon has lost my business. I will not be going back. The customer service has dropped dramatically since I began coming.
I got hard gel nails 2 weeks ago for vacation and paid over $120 for the service and tip. I had an appointment and the tech came in about 30 minutes late and rushed my manicure because I had another appointment right after. I didn't complain because I booked my appointments that way and didn't make any fuss when I paid for a full hard gel manicure and pedicure even though I didn't get an actual manicure just the hard gel install.
2 days ago, I called to schedule a removal of the hard gel. I work in healthcare and cannot have this at work. The person who answered told me they didn't do appointments for removal and that I can just walk in for that. I clarified what she said and she said yes, just walk in anytime and we'll remove it.
Today I walked in for the removal. The cashier told me to wait and they'll see what they can do. After about 10 minutes she tells me that she checked and there's nothing they can do all the techs have appointments and they can't actually remove my hard gel without another appointment with removal. She offered for me to come back another time and I explained I have to remove them today because I go back to work tomorrow. I asked what if I book a manicure with it? She said ok and books me an appointment to come back at 5:45 pm. That was fine by me I didn't complain because I needed them off. 3 minutes after I leave the store she calls me and tells me that the nail technician said I can remove the hard gel myself, then I receive a text right after saying my appointment for 5:45 was cancelled.
For some reason they didn't want to remove the hard gel, even when I decided to pay for another service and the removal...
I usually try to leave reviews for only positive experiences but I am so disappointed in this place that if I could give 0 stars I would. My friends and I will not be coming back.

They are always late for their appointments. I come here at least twice a month consistently and they have never been on time for any appointment. So annoying

Nice salon. Zoe is great at what she does and is very professional. I recommend her. Good work!!
