EDIT: Still love this place, Olivia and team took care of prom hair and make up this year and she looked amazing!
LOVE LOVE LOVE This place. Olivia is AMAZING! She listens to what you want and talks you through everything. I always leave feeling great!

My son loved his haircut with Shawn. Great haircut with much attention to detail. Shawn also provided outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back.

First, they offer a discount for Google reviews, so how many are authentic vs just looking to save some money?
Second, I made an appointment for cut and color, and was told my stylist Shawn didn't have enough time allot to color my hair, only touch up my roots,which wasn't what I wanted. Then he and emily were talking to me using technical jargon, which just confused me, but what they were getting at is, Shawn didn't have time to color my hair since it has box dye in it. Shawn was also very sick, which just uncomfortable.
Emily jumps in and says she can handle my hair and my friends (who had an appointment with Emily). She dyes my hair an all over brown, she checks a section to see how well it blended or if the brown took the end, she said it was just a little at the bottom that didn't take and next time I come to touch up my hair it should be gone. She styles it, it looks good enough considering the lighting, I pay $145 +tip.
There's a distinct line where the brown meets the black, as the professional, Emily should have caught it and corrected it while I was there. But instead she hid the bad job with curls. I called to inquire how we'll fix it, she explained, I simply have to come in again and pay an additional $75. I will take my business elsewhere where they respect my time, do things correctly the first time, and don't charge to fix their mistake.
