I previously had great experience there and wrote a 5 star review but unfortunately last couple of times, and especially today, I was not treated well. There was a new person who didn’t understand, due to a language barrier, that I wanted my toe nails shortened more and when I tried to clarify, she gave me quite a bit of attitude and frowned many times. After that, the whole staff treated me differently. No one even said good bye. I don’t even know why I left a tip. It’s especially bad because I walked in there happy and I had to pay my nanny to stay extra just so I can get this done. And had to reschedule a different appointment which I was late to. It sicka because I was happy that I found a neighborhood place but if these people are going to give an attitude and not be understanding that some of their staff really can’t comminixare and that I just wanted to clarify, then I do not want to give any more business to these people.

Original post - My first visit and great service, fantastic range of colors. Very professional.
Edit - I originally gave 5 stars but have edited it to 2. I had to pay an extra $20 to have a metallic effect, which I happily paid. Sadly, after only 4 days the metallic layer has chipped and flaked, looks terrible and needs to come off. $100 for a shellac mani and pedi which has only lasted 4 days is very disappointing. Customers should be told it won’t last.

I come here on a regular schedule because they are just incredible. Warm lotion and massages are included as well as gel removal, when I find most places have cut this out. They are always busy because they're so wonderful. Everyone is friendly, and it's always such a delight to go back in. Love love this place!

I been coming to this place for sometime now. They do not only sanitize their tools but also use brand new filers, etc with each customer. They plan nice ambiance music in the background and have water, tea for you to have during your visit. Their nail polish selections is pretty nice; they offer OPI, essie, soya and gel. Dec-January 2017: They have replaced all of their stations; they have this amazing, plush chairs with arm holders...divine. Another divine thing at this place? Their hand massage which is included with your mani. Cons: I have noticed a group of elder fellas just hanging out in the salon for no apparent reason other than to supervise. I don't know if Mai is still around or not or if these guys have taken over or if they are related to the girls in the salon. I find it kinda strange having this man just looking around and looking over during this time...-1 star because of this, otherwise, this is the place to go.

Been coming here for 8 years and it's always been consistently great service. One of the very few "green" nail salons in the city. My mani pedi always lasts longer from here.
