HORRIBLE place to go. I️ got a pedicure and the guy almost ripped my toe off. The soaking water was cold and the massage was practically non existent. Then spoke to Jen about it and her only response was that I️ should’ve told him the water was cold. Last time I️ checked I️ shouldn’t go to a nail place and have to tell you how to do your job. They took accountability for nothing and were extremely rude. I️ will definitely not be going back.

I was introduced to this place by a friend and before coming here I never got my nails done with acrylic. After coming here the 1st time I knew that I wasnt gonna go anywhere else. You can't beat the quality of the price not to mention the staff is very accommodating as long as you set up an appointment prior to coming, walkin's are welcome but they get kind of busy. I wanted to write a review because they have done my nails for the last 6 months leading all the way up to my wedding, for all my events, Bridal Party & Bacholrette Party and they've been great every single time and I just wanted to thank them for giving me such beautiful nails that I've gotten plenty of compliments on and given recommendations. Thank you for giving me my wedding nails that lasted 4 weeks. Thank You Michael!!!!

BEST nails EVER! I saw Jenn for the second time for Acrylic nails, no one has ever done my nails that great! Beautiful shape and color. They look just PERFECT! Thank you , You made my day.. Cant wait to go back.. =]

If you have an appt it doesn’t matter you can be waiting an hour or more it’s horrible and very poor people skills.

Absolute horrible customer service. I got my nails done there (regular manicure) and literally two hours later all of the polish was chipping off. I went back immediately so they can fix it and they refused. The technician became upset, started acting unprofessional, and even went to the extent of slamming her pen at me because she didn't want to redo my nails. How am I at fault because you pour acetone in your polish? Never in my life have I been treated like that. That will be the last time that I go there. DO NOT GO THERE. SAVE YOUR MONE!!!. You can find a better establishment that actually knows how to treat their clients.
