I've been getting my nails done over 15 years. I have recently stopped going to other salons. Hands down, (or feet down) they give the best pedicures in the area. A couple of the ladies are just amazing with the massage part of even a standard pedicure...I often tip extra! The man who usually does my fills/new sets is fast, and the job is always superb and lasts well beyond that of local competitors. I've had solid, consistent results that I haven't found elsewhere at similar prices....so as of late, unless it's urgent, I go to Perfect Nail, even though there are several slightly closer/on my typical route.

So my wife and kids (one daughter and one son) came to this so called buisness to get her nails and toes done and left very unsatisfied. A mom and daughter in the shop did her nails and toes today. The mother did the nails the daughter did the toes and before I go any further the daughter did a good job and was very professional unlike her mother. I have photos I wish I could post to show you better than I can tell you but I'll do my best. The mother for one sanded my wife's nails down to pretty much nothing then went to fill and paint and by what I seen my 8 year old daughter can do a better job with exaggeration. She had paint all over her skin and on her finger tips and note the color is white. She never bothered to clean it even though she said she would. So my wife asked her to fix them and by the looks of it she didn't try hard and so my wife asked for a design and told the mother she is very picky so it's okay if she couldn't but the mother insisted and the end results were my wife asking her to take it off with the mother catching an attitude and using the excuse her nails are to small for design......lie detector test determined that was a lie! My wife is a hair stylist at Hair Cuttery so she has a licence in this buisness from hair to nails as a matter of fact just renewed hers. My wife was very upset about her nails and wasn't going to pay but the mother in front of my children threatened her to call the police because she doesn't know how to do nails and my wife insisted that she does call the police which of course called the woman's bluff. The woman was very unprofessional and doesn't deserve to work in an establishment with lack of skills and customer service with a poor attitude! The woman asked my wife to all east pay half which is for the fill. Even the daughter tried to tell the mom they looked bad she wasn't trying to hear it. So my wife understanding that kind of buisness paid half and tipped the daughter the pay was 35. My wife leaves there goes to Da-Vi Nails in southpoint to get them fixed as soon as the woman there looks at them she says "your nails look horrible who did your nails!" She fixed my wife's nails the best she could and took 5 off of that price because that's how bad of a job this mother did. Personally I'm upset too because that's money spent for nothing at Perfect Nails. SCREW THIS PLACE WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DON'T GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!

I've been getting my nails done for my whole life and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I requested a gel manicure because I’ve heard great things about it. I ended up getting a terrible manicure by the rudest man I’ve ever met! The nail polish was all over my fingers, he had missed spots and there were literally wrinkles on my nails! After it was done I asked him to take it off because I didn't want this polish on my nails for two weeks. It was awful. He was obviously offended and started talking about me. He had somebody else take it off. By the time she was done removing everything my natural nails were ruined! I was shocked that they still asked me to pay. He came up to me yelling that "he massaged my hands" so that apparently means that I had to pay. I paid for a manicure only and the entire time he was saying you're terrible and I'll remember you! Keep in mind the entire time I never said anything offending to him personally and I never raised my voice I just voiced my concerns. This place, the job they do and the personal service is awful and it's Fredericksburgs best kept con job.
