I called ahead to make an appointment. A gentleman took my name to "set it". When i got there, I signed in and added I had an appointment, it was ignored. Folks were called by order. So from a customer service aspect that's what the 4stars are for.
As for my nails, the pedicurist had great manners and friendly. the manicures was quiet and worked diligent. Great job!! I look forward to going again

Haven't had to make an appointment in years. Fast services without having to give up quality of work. I've been to other nails salons that charge more for poorly done work. Fair prices for work done.
