I recently went, first time visit. I wanted to go since I saw the news about them doing CBD Mani/Pedi. When I first arrived there were two girls sitting at reception desk, gave them my name and they said "ok have a sit". There are no seats by the door so I just sat by the chair closest to the reception desk. Their chairs are like a loveseat but half the size & not too comfortable for your back so they give pillows.
Few minutes later two people came to start my service. If I had known the service was going to be done in the same seat I would have sat elsewhere.
No mention of asking me to pick a color. Good thing I brought my own but reception should always ask. The lady that did my hands was nice but considering I was getting a CBD Mani, a bit longer massage would have been nice. For the CBD Pedi, they use a regular Pedi container (non-massaging) bummer but again longer massage should be given, the guy was nice.
Half way through them doing my nails, one of the reception girls started to eat chips REALLY LOUDLY & talking/yelling across the room...People go to do their hands/feet to relax not to hear someone eating chips/yelling.
I know CBD is expensive so no complaint about the price ($100) but their customer service needs to be way better!!!
I'll stick to my usual nail shop, everyone is great there, their service is better, they have massaging chairs & its only $25!

And Yanna runs the shop efficiently- and with warmth
It is a " holiday" experience to just relax and enjoy the care
