I first met Malu 4 years ago for cut/color/keratin. Since then she's opened Ela Beauty Salon. She's warm, friendly and extremely customer service-oriented. She's a real entrepreneurial woman with a happy, balanced family life, and an inspiration to other women - I always try to support businesses run by women like that. She's efficient and doesn't keep you waiting. Her shop is intimate, but professional. Her mom has moved from Boston to support with clients, as well. All-in-all, if you're looking for great results at very reasonable prices in the Miami Beach area, you should definitely consider Malu at Ela Beauty Salon.
