Not much to say this place seriously lacks in customer service and quality of the work. But it's only one employee there that is causing the issues and some of you may know which one I'm talking about. They offered us a free nail job our next visit but won't be going back anymore unless they change how things are handled.

I love this place and go regularly! I get a pedicure and gel nails. It's the only nail salon I go to!

I had been going to this facility for almost 9 months with excellent service until a few months ago. I'm not sure what happened but things started changing for the worst. The first incident, I called in advance to see what the wait time was; I was told by the owners wife to come in at a certain time (as usual) for services & when I got there she started working on someone else instead of me & told me I had to wait another hour after already waiting 45 minutes before I came in...2nd incident- I got my nails done & added the gel. 48hrs later it started peeling. I called, spoke to the owner who said to come in they'll fix it. I came in, chose a different color because the original had started to come off several nails. I waited 30 minutes, no services, his wife comes to me looks at my nails & says "Nothing wrong, that's new growth". I said no, not after 2 days, & look at this hand where the peeling is bad. She leaves, the owner comes over with an attitude and says what do I want? I say, for you to fix it. I don't want the same color because it may peel again. He responds, no, nobody wants to do your nails & change the color. I said why? If its about the money, I'll pay for a color change. He says, no here's $20, we don't want to do your nails. Needless to say, I was completely shocked. A wth moment. I responded with how rude & disrespectful they were. I did nothing wrong, I didn't deserve to be treated like that, for What? All I wanted was for THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED. So personally if you choose to go, be prepared if they make a mistake or something is wrong with their products/services, they WILL NOT OWN IT & TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it, it's about principle!!!
