Went in today and was so blown away by the atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and actually engaged with you. I had no wait at all at 3pm on a Friday and got seated right away. I am so thankful for Tina who did an amazing job on my nails and took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted! What really set them apart is that they properly remove the nails from before (I usually get colored acrylic with tips) this is SO important!! Thank you to all the staff, I can’t wait to go back for a new set in 2 weeks ❤️

Excellent customer service! My daughter and I went in for a mommy/daughter day... they got us right in! My manicure took much longer than my daughters pedi should have but the lady working on my daughter took extra time so she didn’t have to sit and wait until I was done! My nails look fantastic! I will definitely be going back! Thank you!

I came today for my first time. It was extremely busy so I wasn't given much attention when I first walked in. But there was no wait and they started my pedicure right away. I choice a higher package and my toes came out amazing. The girl was super sweet and did good job on everything besides the scrubbing. Once I got home I noticed they were not scrubbed well. My last pedicure at a different company my feet felt super soft. My toenails look great but aren't soft. They are two minutes from my house which is nice but charged more. I think next time I'll drive further to pay less and have softer feet! It's a disappointment since they are so close to me. I'd rather be a repeat customer if they charged like the salon just a mile down the street and did better scrubbing!

Recently moved to this side of town. Swung by Escape Nails to check them out. I was very impressed either Erik on my nails and Henry on my toes.
Women walked in greeted almost like a 'Cheers' place. It was pretty cool. Great customer service and by far the best manicure with my Nexgen I have ever had. I will be back.

Love how Kim and Tim do nails. Super satisfied! Everyone is great and always happy to see you ! They’re perfect if you want to relax and sip on some wine👌🏼 Definitely recommend!
