I've been going here for pedicures for the past five years. The staff is very polite and professional and my feet always look perfect afterwards. Men, get a pedicure! You'll love the way your feet look and feel !

You would think with the awful reviews that the staff attitudes will be impeccable. This is not the case. The lady who greeted me and told me to pick out a color for my pedicure was very nice. The lady who did my pedicure seem to have an attitude when I asked her for callus removal. She was rushing my pedicure when I was the only customer there! She huffed “it will be $7 extra.” I thought that callus removal was included? If not they should at least asked! The guy who did my gel for my hands was nice but one of my nails chipped the same day. Not happy with this place.

I really loved it here. I see a lot of bad reviews but honestly I personally had a great time. I got acrylics but without nail polish cause I love to constantly paint my nails. The guy who did my nails was very polite and talkative throughout the whole time I was there so there was no awkwardness. At the end he left my nails looking natural and pretty, leaving perfect nails for me to paint on as I wish. I loved it and I am definitely coming back. The ONE AND ONLY reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because the lady that greets you when you come in doesn't really greet you, more like pushes you to quickly choose color and sit down, no greetings of any kind, no politeness. I think the only word she ever says to you as you are walking in is "COLOR" and points at the nail polishes. Other than her everyone else in the staff is polite and with a great attitude

Love them! They are the sweetest people and they don’t judge athletes who have torn up feet! Haha. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in NoHo

Went there once because me friend recommended me that place.
Won't go there again. Why?
1. When you come in it stinks like nail polish.
2. When you come in there's no one to greet you, and it's hard to tell them what you want, because all of the masters are busy.
3. Almost 0 employees talk in English. My master had to ask another one for a translation.
4. People who work there always talk to each other in Chinese, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
5. I got pedicure for myself and it was terrible, after the fact I still have crust on my feet.
6. Me and my girlfriend got the same kind of pedicure, but for some reason I got scrab and she didn't.
7. Our cost was $40, but both of us got a product for $17. So, $17+$17+tax=$40. Which leaves us with $6 for tax??!!! What??!!!
8. They have too few parking spots in front.
