Today I asked how much a gel manicure would be and they told me 35. So I decided only to take off the gel on my nails since I didn't want to pay 40+ bucks for everything. Then they told me they don't have time, even though there has about 3 ladies sitting around. Their shop doesn't close until 8:30 and I showed up at 6:30. So taking off gel doesn't take more than 20 min. No matter they should of taken my service and could of at least made me wait until "they had time". Horrible service in my opinion

The store's location is good, but easily missed when trying to find it. My friend and I walked right past it and had to pull up Google Maps to make sure we could find it. Once we found it, we realized it was in a basement and were a bit put off by that, but decided to give it a try any way. there was some confusion when we first entered, because all of technicians were occupied and at first there was no one in the room to greet us. After a little bit, a lady popped out of the other room and told us it would be a little while before they could take care of us and told us to have a seat. We didn't sit because we were picking out polish colors and the lady didn't understand at first. Not a big deal, but it was a little confusing.
I'm not extremely familiar with nail salons and wouldn't know bad vs good service too well unless it was extremely in my face. That being said, I think the nail technician did a really good job with my pedicure and manicure. He was gentle and didn't make me feel judged on my short nails. I also enjoyed the massage chair I sat in during the pedicure. The mani/pedi was $30 which I think is fairly standard for these services.

This place used to be my go to for a cheap mani/pedi. Over the years, they have raised their prices and kind of went downhill.
It's an ok spot for nails. If you're in the area and looking for cheap nails, this is definitely a stop.
Pedicures $18 Sun-W $20 Th-Sat
Mani/pedi $27 sun-w $30 th-sat
Lots of no chip colors. Price ranges from $25-$35 depending on the brand.
This past time the pedi was ok. Don't expect awesomeness...but they are fast and cheap.
