The salon is okay. But they need to work hard as far as their professionalism is concerned. They don’t speak English and keep talking among themselves in their native language which is not appreciated. The manager and staff does not seem to be happy with the customers. I am a saying because they never greet or even smile at them.
I have been visiting them since more than a year and was not fully satisfied... until I found Jenny . She is good at her work but cuts cuticles really deep.

I love T to do my Dip Set and Pedicure. He has strong hands. His mom is also good with pedicures. The staff as a whole are really nice.

worst nail experience i have ever had. the painting was never and srtrokey and the nails themselves were uneven. HORRIBLE there is a spa like 5 min away from here GO TO THAT ONE

I was in town for training and decided to get my nails done. I looked on google for locations near me and found this salon. There was another salon that had better reviews but I needed items from Walmart so decided to give them a try,after all, not every review was bad. I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure with design. The price was $50. It seemed that since I did not upgrade my pedicure or choose the gel nails that all of a sudden I was not important. The pedicure design was on my big toes only & was so simple I could have done it...honestly, I do mine and my daughters often. It had not dried completely when I was told I could remove the toe separater and was messed up. She then hastily attempted to fix it but did not put forth the effort or time...it looked horrible. But I was hungry and tired so I left. After dinner I realized she didn't file my nails hardly at all around the cuticles. They looked horrible. I went to my training and returned to Regal nails at 5 pm. My nails all haves bubbles in them, popping up around edges, all were not filled to cuticle and my pointer finger had broke on the tip(super thin). The man at the front desk was not nice, I dont know if he was upset with me or the nail tech but not good customer service at all. The nail tech then tells me the reason my nails look like they do is because "I have short nail bed" I asked about the bubbles she said its "because of the acrylic". I explained I have got my nails done in acrylic since 1997 and they never looked like this. She then cut every cuticle on my hands but 2 while filing and buffing😢. I jerked from her at on point and said "I didn't mean to upset you, I just want my nails to look nice" & she said she wasn't mad. I asked if someone could also fix the toe design and she told me the person who did it wasn't there and nobody else knew how to do it. 😮 Really out of 5 techs no one??? I'm not happy at all and my fingers hurt, I hope I do not end up with an infection either. I really wish I could upload pictures of the cuts and all so you could see for yourself. I would give no stars if possible!
