This place is so duty ! I seen roaches crawling on the floor. The Owner is very rude and the other girls who works there are rude as well !

Went to go get my gel taken off - that's it. And came out with a totally botched hand. I have no idea who did my nails, she didn't bother introducing herself and wasn't friendly. She didn't let the acetone soak long enough, so when she took the foils off, she just started attacking my hand with the scalpel. The gel hadn't loosened enough, so then she straight-up sanded it off, which weakened the nail entirely. I ended up losing most of the length it had taken me over a month to grow. The cuticle is nipped and bleeding. And the ring finger on my right hand is gone entirely. I am SO upset. She didn't apologize for anything, just kept asking me if I wanted color or a full manicure. Hell no. Goodbye.

Nails were still smudging after an hour after and the blood on my cuticles is the only thing that's dried. Rude lady kept rushing me and wouldn't listen to what I asked for. Never going back!
