Had a pedicure at this place, fair, solid, - and great service, no skimping. Definitely got my money's worth.

Great shop -- comfortable and clean. The quality of service is diminishing while the price keeps going up. Very timely with appointment start times. Staff spends more time speaking to one another in Vietnamese than engaging the customers.
Defensive when mistakes are made. Got my nails done on December 30 for a New Year's Eve outing. Just got a basic gel polish. Before the New Year's event vegan, my polish peeled from two fingers, and subsequently peeled from three more fingers within the week. I stopped by the salon on day 7 to advise them I'd be making an appointment for a to-do. I made the appointment and went back on day 9. Upon my arrival, I got a less than friendly acknowledgement (despite the fact that I am a long-time customer). The technician (a different one from the one who provided the service originally and both names I will withhold for now) asked another technician's customer how she had been and never said anything to me, not even a greeting, except to ask about my polish color.
When she began the service, she was only going to re-do the fingers that peeled, and was less than warm when I asserted I wanted a complete re-do since the polish was peeling from additional fingers every day.
A few months ago, I wanted matte polish. The final polish still had shine.
Overall, they do a good job. More and more, I find myself questioning the level of customer service/appreciation I've received in recent months, and occasionally the quality of the service, for my dollars.

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until my last 2 visits. I went in asking for a manicure and a full set. I reiterated numerous times how I wanted a manicure to clean up my cuticles so my nails would grow. Needless to say I never received a manicure and the full set they put on my nails were not the right size so my nails looked like I had bubbles on the tips of my fingers. When he asked how long I wanted them I told him fairly short because I work out a lot and when they’re long they get caught on a lot of equipment. He said they would look terrible short and that the length he had them at is good and he made them the length he wanted which was fairly long and I wondered why he even asked me. I know the usual price for tips is about $40-$60 and since he insisted on putting shellac on top it would be a little pricey and it definitely was. I paid $65 and was extremely excited to finally be able to change them once I waited a couple weeks because they didn’t look any better as they grew out. I went back and ended up with the same technician. I figured I’d give him another try and that was a mistake. This time I got the SNS. I was super excited because my nails were long enough to look decent with the SNS and I was more than ready for that manicure for my cuticles. Unfortunately he kept saying how bad my nails looked because they were so short and was extremely confused at the SNS process. This worried me because their salon has offered SNS since it was introduced years ago even though it’s becoming more popular now. I once again didn’t receive the manicure I kept asking for even though he said yes and insisted on putting shellac on top of the SNS. This is not supposed to be done because the SNS is strong enough on its own, it never chips and has its own brand specific process that helps ensure the best quality. I had to tell him 7 times that I did not want the shellac on top and he finally listened. When I normally get SNS at salons closer to my college without a student discount it’s usually around $30 with a manicure and this one was $60 and I didn’t receive a manicure. It cost the same for SNS as it did for a full set, this was very disappointing to me. The SNS is supposed to be light weight and thinner to look more like your real nail. When I left they once again looked extremely fake and like I had bubbles on my fingers and this time I couldn’t blame it on the fact they were fake tips. I suggest sticking with one of the women, Nick or Ben because I have never had a problem with those technicians. I probably won’t be back because I’m nervous every time I walk in there hoping that they’re gonna look okay this time and they haven’t.

It has been less than a week and my gel manicure has already chipped and peeled off, seriously super disappointing for an overprice crappy manicure.
