We had appointments at the same time for two of us for a pedicure. We only had 1 person for the 2 of us. If you have an appointment, you should have a technician for each person. Staff at Royal Nails-Hudson are not knowledgeable about how to give service to people with dementia. The person I was with has dementia and could not wait with her feet in the water tub for 1/2 hour while I received a pedicure. They were not receptive when I asked for them to take a break from my pedicure to work on my friend. What was suppose to be a fun and relaxing time was all around disappointing. We will take our business to companies that welcome and are trained to give services to someone with dementia.

Tech could not have cared less about me as the client, that was my experience at any rate. Terrible pedicure, nails uneven, rough treatment that felt like she just wanted to get the appointment over. in general quite terrible. I would never return. Only took once to loose a potential local customer. I will travel to White Bear Lake where the services are great!

Staff is friendly and professional and quick, they don't speak around you and make you uncomfortable in any way. I needed a glitter mani pedi for my sisters wedding this past weekend and I went with a rose gold glitter that turned out beautiful! Like I'm not even sick of it yet and that's unheard of for me for nails. Will def be returning for touch ups on the same glitter (its at the salon, opi) and fills.

They do a great job! Walk in and they are very accommodating. Very personal

I’ve been coming here for 3 years with my sister and my bestfriend and always happy with their service.My nail always turned out very nice and staff always friendly,the place keep clean.Busy place but my appointments always on time for us.Best salon in town!!
