I cannot say enough how unbelievably happy I am with Trini Salon and their amazing employees! I had the hair weekend from hell and was in tears for 3 days with what a mess my hair was! I went in on a Sunday evening and saw Jessica to fix my disaster. She was so comforting and understanding of the situation and wasn't the least bit judgmental (which is hard to find when your hair looked the way mine did). She was thorough in her communication of what the plan to fix it was, and I felt confident she could deliver on what she was suggesting. She stayed an hour and a half PAST closing Sunday evening to finish my hair. In the state my hair was in prior to seeing Jessica, it took the color she applied strangely and it didn't cooperate. When following up with me the next day, I let the salon know my hair was acting funky and they immediately scheduled another appointment for that afternoon to fix it. Jessica, Jen, Brittany and Jared were the most attentive, supportive, helpful, and comforting salon staff I have ever encountered. Their teamwork and communication was something I have never seen in a salon setting and they kept me laughing and smiling the entire time. All 4 of them kept commenting how great I was going to look, and how awesome it was going to enhance my features. My hair has never looked so amazing!! I went in on Sunday thinking the days of having beautiful hair were long over for me and left Tuesday night loving my hair (and myself) more than I ever have! I can never say enough amazing things about Trini Salon and their staff! YOU MUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE AS THEY DID MINE! I will never go to another salon again!

My daughter and I went to Trini at the Bell Tower Mall and we were very impressed, we managed to get an appointment for both of us at the same time the following week. When we arrived back I really liked that they show you everything before you sit down. Gina and Stephanie did my high lights and cut and I was pampered from start to finish. Gina also explained what she was doing and why and showed me what I need to do at home to keep my hair looking great, really like that. My daughter Sarah also had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everyone is extremely polite and courteous and the salon looks and feels very fresh and clean. We took advantage of their pre booking program and have made our next 4 appointments. I will be back next week for a facial and pedicure with the lady who gave me a great hand massage when they blow dried my hair. Thank you Trini, we will be back and bring our friends too.

Love Trini Salon. Just moved to the area and had my hair ruined by another salon in the area, everyone at Trini Salon was very friendly and professional, my hair color and style is fantastic and it feels much better too after the treatment she did. Trini Salon is amazing and I love it, will be back next week for a facial and a pedicure, can't wait to go back.

Loved my first visit to the salon!! Everyone was so friendly and offered drinks. I love my cut and color. Very clean and pretty. Will be back!

This was our third time back at Trini. Each and every time we received nothing but great service. Falon (apologize if the spelling is wrong) provided us with the best service you could ask for. This last visit my girlfriend went in for a caratine treatment, trim and full color (with 3 colors) and it turned out better than we could have imagined. I would definitely give Trini our stamp of approval and would suggest them to anyone.
