In TX visiting from Mobile, AL. Came in for a pedicure and got so much more. It was quiet and relaxing. They treat u like a QUEEN. LOVED IT!!!!

The atmosphere of the place is amazing. So serene and relaxing. They do a good job on nails. But in my opinion they’re way too expensive. I’ve never paid $50 for a full set before until I came here.

This was THE WORST nail experience of MY LIFE!!! First the nail tech made me scrub off my own nails. Then she drilled my nails so low that it burned. When I complained, she told me I was sensitive! They waited until the last minute to let me see the colors, and after about 3 minutes another tech came over and told me to "hurry up". She then dipped my nails 5 TIMES in natural SNS powder. I requested coffin shaped nails, but after several attempts, the nail tech next to us had to come over and help. My nail tech then put the wrong color on my nails, and when I told her, instead of taking it off, she just put the right color on top. My nails are about 3 different shades, they are still not the correct shape, and they are thicker than acrylic! When I asked to speak to a manager or the owner, because I'd rather do that than leave bad reviews, I was told that the owner lives in Florida. The only positive note is that at the end, they did offer to redo my nails, but it had already taken this nail tech 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES, so I just wanted to leave! I am going to continue to try to find someone to speak to about this. I read that Judy Pham opened this salon, but maybe it has been bought out. When they first opened it was a great salon. Not sure what happened.

HORRIBLE! WE WERE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED FROM THE TIME WALKING IN. MY MOM WANTED AN OVERLAY, THE MAN SAID YOU SHOULD GET SNS AS IF SHE JUST STARTED GETTING PAMPERED! THEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY KIDS SITTING BY ME??? HE ASKED CAN “THEY SIT OVER THERE”- “THEY??” I POLITELY GOT UP AND LEFT! IT SEEMS LIKE THE NAIL SHOPS THAT ARE OPEN ON SUNDAY ARE RUDE- NOT MY FAULT YOU HAVE TO WORK ON SUNDAYS🤦🏾♀️

Sorry as hell went there today messed my nails up I asked for almond shape nails and she did oval she didn't know what she was doing I know that I will never go back that she did what she wanted to do and I had to go some where else to get them corrected
