When I first came in, I was the only one in the salon. He took forever to take the gel off of my nails and was distracted the entire time (looking at his phone and iPad) and charged me for the removal, which hasn't happened to me at other salons. Didn't even file my nails straight and didn't lotion my hands/massage them as other salons do. Overpriced and worker gave zero attention to me even when the salon was entirely empty. Do not recommend.

Kevin did my nails today and was wonderful as always! He does a great job! I used to go to Walmart, Nittany Nails and T Salon but they don't give me the great service that Kevin does! He's so friendly and such a hard worker. He works 7 days a week in the mall and is trying to build his business up!

This was a terrible experience. First, my manicure did not even last one hour before chipping. That's because they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Never take this option, it's faster, but absolutely not worth it. It's not at all an enjoyable experience.
Secondly, the woman who did my pedicure was a sadist. I say that because she was cruel to the toddler who was in the shop--she quite literally chucked an ipad across the room after the toddler put it in her lap and it fell off--she yelled at him, he cried. It was awful. I should have gotten up to leave, but I didn't.
She was also awful because she took one of those stiff brushes that you use to ... clean under fingernails/toenails??? ... and she scrubbed it across the top of my feet! Thankfully, it was over fast, so I didn't have time to tell her that it hurt. I later learned she wouldn't care if things hurt, because she repeatedly burnt me with the hot rocks that were supposed to be a massage. I jumped away from the burning multiple times (while turned to the right for the manicure--sounds like a great time, right?), to which she paid ABSOLUTELY NO ATTENTION, although the manicurist asked me, "Hot?" and I said "YES!" and they went back about their business, the sadist burning me some more (she left the hot rocks on places too long). The pedicure didn't last either.
I'll never go there again. The shop is pristine, but the experience was awful.

Never had bad service here, and they're always very professional. Highly recommend David, he's very detail-oriented, and does an amazing job.

I was very displeased with the service and the quality of nails I recieved at this salon. They made me wait an hour to even get my nails started, and another hour and a half for them to finish. And in that time they were vey rude when I tried to talk with them. Not only this but my acrylics already started peeling not even a week after I recieved this service. Totally NOT worth 33$
