Do not go here, not sanitary. The service began when I walked in and was not even greeted until sitting down for 15 minutes, when the owner finally said hi. He told me he would be with me in a few minutes, and he did not help me until 50 minutes went by. There were only 3 nail technicians so I gave them a break, until the owner doing my nails cut my cuticles very short and painful. He was basically shaking because he was in such a hurry as more people walked in. I did not see the owner getting new cleaning supplies from the last girl that he was helping before me. They are not sanitary and when paying closer attention and watching they were not using new tools on anyone. Within hours after my mani, puss was coming out of my nail bud. I’m a very healthy college student, and very sanitary. I let it go for two days hoping it would go away with soap and hot water and it never did. I called to tell the owner about the situation and he asked if I would come in. When I came in, he got up and looked at it and said not to worry that it will go away because it was a ingrown nail. However, I said that was not possible because my nails were grown past the skin and when pulling back the skin there was no nail growing into it. Never did I receive an apology or any sort of sorrow. Please do not go here. I’m in nursing school and this is the last place you want to be getting your nails done.

If I could, I would give no stars. They cut my cuticles to the quick and I was bleeding long after I left. Then, within an hour of leaving the shop, my polish started to chip and crack off. When I went back to the shop the next day, I spoke with the manager (owner? ) and he called me crazy for expecting the polish not to chip. I do better manicures than this place.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I got a shellac mani and the polish started chipping only after 4 days. Not recommended!
