I've been going here over 11 years but Don is gone and the new girl isn't very good at all. There is cotton all in the polish from the cotton ball she used.

I've been going to this nail salon for many years. I decided to get some dipping nails done for the first time at their salon. My nail tech rushed through my manicure (there was no one there when I walked in and there were 3 techs just sitting around) and she didn't do everything that was needed for a manicure. She didn't clean my cuticles and after I did some research, she didn't do the dipping nail manicure properly. My manicure started chipping in less then 24 hours. I went back and she fixed one nail and filed the other nails down because she didn't want to redo it. It has been now 72 hours, and 3 nails have cracks on them and one is chipped. Very disappointed with the service I received. I'll be looking elsewhere that's closer to where I live. Complete waste of money.

Is this salon under new ownership? Worst pedicure ever. The girl had so much polish on the brush it puddled on my toes. The top coat was so thick, 2 days later I wore flats and the polish cinched up like an accordion.
When it came to the manicure, my nails were not filed evenly, and the tech slathered so much lotion on my hands and all over my leather watch strap— just a messy job all the way around. Also criticized my color choice! Never go back here again.

The foot massage was great and my feet are smooth but my toe nails look like a 5 year old cut them. Too short, uneven and one even has a piece missing. Disappointed and now have to wait for them to grow out so I can go to my usual place to get them fixed.
