The customer service as well as the servicehas always been amazing ever since I began going there over 8 years ago. Tracy and her crew are amazing and I will never go to any of the places long as I'm living in Urbana. I recommend that everyone around the area should tried them at least once. I have no doubt in my mind if they will become lovers of the nail salon as well.
