The best thing about this location is the customer service. I’ve gotten a different nail tech every time I’ve gone but they’ve all been super nice and attentive to detail. It’s difficult to make short nails look nice but I think they do a good job. The one time they didn’t, they fixed it right away. Even though they close at 7:30pm some days, I’ve stayed until 8:20pm before and they were so accommodating and happy to be there. Complimentary drinks are also a plus. The guy who seems to be the owner is always there until the last nail tech is done, showing how much he cares about the shop. He always opens the door if he’s available and even gave me a free bottle of hand sanitizer and a bottle of lotion on my last visit. Would definitely recommend.

Literally the best. They immediately speak when you walk in the building. They offer drinks. If there’s a long wait they always warn you. They offer drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic). I always love the outcome of my service. The prices are reasonable. Overall the best like I stated lol. 10/10. Always a relaxing vibe even for my 3 year old.

My Best friend and I both had an amazing experience here today. The staff and nail techs are so friendly. We both love the way our nails look. We highly recommend Planet Nail Bar!

I always have a great experience here! I'm from out of town and I'd rather wait to come to Houston to get my nails and feet done here! Everyone is always very nice and welcoming...

Place is very clean and organized. People are distance from each other. Very sanitary. Loved my nails! The only small complaint is they did not offer me a beverage. No soda, or even water. I have no problem paying for it but I was not even given an offer to do so. Everyone else around me received a drink or was offered one. I’m not sure what that was about... overall still was a pleasant experience and will come back for sure
