I have never had a service done at this location but my daughter did. While she was there she dropped her wallet. By the time we called the salon was closed but I left a message for them. The next day they called and let me know that it was recovered. Not only the wallet but all contents as well. So I can speak about service but I can speak about integrity of staff. For that I gave them 5 stars. THANK YOU for you for your honesty!!

This place is a very clean and well decorated salon. Everyone had nice attitudes but the service was not the best. I booked an appointment and wasn’t seen until 45+ minutes after my appointment time. My nails were rushed and uneven. Never coming back. I paid because I wasn’t going to be one of those girls being beat up by the workers for not paying for a below the scale job. There should be a better system to get clients who book appointments and walk-ins seen in a decent amount of time so everyone won’t be waiting so long....please do better for your future customers.

My experience was great! Definitely going back! My mom and I went in as walk ins and were out in a hour! The google pictures say H&M but it’s Milan Nail Salon. Staff was very nice!

I would have given this nail salon a 0, but since Google requires me to give them a star I am forced to give them one.
I went to get my nails done at Milan Nails on a Thursday. I wanted a French manicure using the dip manicure process. While getting my nails done I had to ask the nail technician to shape all my nails to look all the same, my right hand looked much different than my left hand. I brushed this off as someone else had started to shape my nails before this nail technician started on my nails. I was turned off when it seemed to be a big deal that I wanted a French manicure using the dip manicure procedure. The simple white tips are uneven and even raised at some points on my nails. By Friday morning the coloring began to chip on my thumb. Although very upset, there was nothing I could do because I was leaving for vacation that day. On Saturday I noticed a crack on another nail. Within two days I had 2 nails that essentially needed repair. I have gotten dip manicures several times now and I have NEVER had this many problems with my nails. It already took them almost 2 hours to do my nails done the first time, I’m not sure I want to spend any more time at this salon even for them to fix my nails. After less than 2 weeks I am forced to go and get my nails done again.
This is the absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to.
