Never in my life have I paid $100 for 2 pedicures! No other customers but still rushed. Charged an extra $20 !! $20 for gel nail polish! It's unheard of. I used to love this place. Charge so much and there isn't one thing special about it. No special salts no leg wrap nothing! Never again will I go there! Not to mention i have nail polish all around my toes and cut toes so short!

It's so hard to find a ace that takes pride in their work. Unfortunately this place is like many others I've been to. I sat down to have my pedicure dry under their fans/table and noticed that the clear coat he used on my toes was drying clumpy and wavy like the nail polish was old, too thick. I didn't have time to have him redo all ten toes so I just left. But that shouldn't be something anyone should have to worry about especially have a so called professional that your paying to do your nails. Not to mention that the paint on my two big toes was fading/chipping off ONE day later, and I sat at home all day so its nothing I did.

Horrible experience. I had to sit in the chair for awhile until someone could help me, but literally no one was there. When my person was taking the polish off, he did not get all of it off and it was clear to see. While doing my new acrylics, the man ripped my nail off and didn’t even care. Later on, he also cut me with the electric thing for my nails. My nails are SO uneven as well. Will never be coming back or recommending this.

I've never been here before, I was looking online for nail salons near me...the responses from the owner on these reviews is unprofessional, rude..I cannot believe you run a customer service business! Your response to some of these people is reason enough for me to never step foot in your establishment. You need to learn how to talk to people, maybe you'll have a better business!

They were very nice and even took my friend and me as walk ins. But unfortunately our no-chip gel manicures started chipping and cracking not even a day after we got them done! Of all the gel manicures I have ever had, this has never happened before. The polish almost looked old so it was cracking right off my nails. I called them and they said they would fix them but after reading all of the horrible reviews of how they charge you again anyway, I decided not to go back. Instead, I fixed my own nails and I’m out 35 bucks.
Word of advice to the business: Don’t advertise your service as No-Chip Gel if it’s going to chip right off in less than 24 hours... maybe look into investing in better product to keep your customers coming back.
