I don’t recommend this business to any one. I lost my time and was so stressed. I called to make an appointment originally for three days ago at 11. They texted me two times to reschedule. They rescheduled it and then again. I then called back for another appointment at 12 noon today and was signed up for this appointment with the owner for Tina. I called to let them know I might be five minutes later, however I arrived a couple minutes earlier. I needed to have a full set done and usually she starts by taking my nails off just by clipping them. Today she had a better idea. I was given the idea to soak the rest of my three nails off as the rest of them just fall off earlier. I am sitting and wondering why she had to do it differently as she usually takes them off with clippers. Tina was finishing with someone’s pedicure. I thought it was fine if it was JUST a pedicure. Instead I see that she starts working on the lady’s hands. I came up to her and asked if I understood it correctly and she is just starting a new set for another person. She told me to continue with the soaking of my nails.
I said I don’t need anything and was told that for soaking I have to pay 10$. Instead of apologizing these people charged me money for something they did not do.
You guys have bad customer service. No one apologized and acted like this is how it should be. I will not come back and will tell all of my friends not to use your services.

I will not be going again, sadly so. The guy in charge was very friendly and helpful unlike the first lady that did my nails. The color I picked was not the same on my nails. She had to apply three coats which ended up looking terrible, you can tell I had a lot of coats since it wasn’t drying right. She actually got annoyed with me when I wasn’t happy with it. But the guy suggested another lady to do my nails with another somewhat similar color that wasn’t diluted with nail polish remover, I’m guessing. At the end my nails looked fine even tho it wasn’t the color I wanted. I should have left after that but I thought I’d get my eyebrows shaped and, lol. I just have to laugh. I was very specific with what I wanted and how little eyebrows I already had and to not take off hardly anything, to just give it shape. And it landed on deaf ears. The same lady that did my nails at the end ended up doing my eyebrows which should have been a warning sign. Her name was Jen or Jennifer. And she gave me pencil thin eyebrows! Omg. I left in tears lol. They didn’t charge me for it only for my nails. No joke, as soon as I left I drove to Sephora and bought an eyebrow pencil, filler and eyebrow mascara since I was traveling to S.Korea the next day. It was that bad.

Fantastic service! I can be rather high maintenance and they listened to and accommodated all my concerns. Khanh is incredible!

Love my nail shape , color , and price. The only thing that I would suggest is booking an appointment before you go.

My go to salon. The techs are super nice and have always taken their time with me. I never feel rushed. Nails look good for over a week after each manicure. Pedis are relaxing and place is clean.
