I didn't like how my nails came out. I wanted coffin shape nails but they look like square nails. She didn't do what I ask for as far as design. I will not be returning there.

I was hoping not to give them any stars, their customer service is horrible. My daughter went in to have a refilling done on her tips, she waited an hour the hour went to 1 hr and 1/2 then 2 hours understandably my daughter waited because they were busy. Then all of sudden another client comes in she waited the most 20 minutes the nail tech called her next, so my daughter asked her I have been waiting here almost 2 hours how does she go before me, the nail tech said don’t worry you are next. Then she begin taken care of someone else now almost 3 hours waiting, my daughter honestly got upset and said are you kidding me you told me I was next , the nail tech replied “ I never said that”. My daughter got upset and walked out. Need less to say they didn’t even apologize to her or even say please wait we can take care of you next as they promised. They need to work on their customer service !!! #lostclients
