I love this place. It's been about 4 years as I'm coming to this salon. They have high costumer traffic and always fresh polishes and other products. I'm doing fake nails with "mood changing" polish when they change color under different temperature. It's very strong and beautiful and I received many compliments about my nails from people on my work.

HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!! Not only did they attempt to over charge, they did a horrible job.. the entire time I told the lady she doing my nails too thick & wide.. I was very unsatisfied.. In no way did they offer to fix my nails.. when I said I wasn't paying for this, they threatened to call the police.. at that point, the gentleman told me to pay $10.. which I did.. upon leaving the daughter followed me while shopping telling me she was still calling the police.. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL location.. I've never had an issue with any Regal Nails establishment..

Y'all I just want to share my worst nail shop experience at the Regal Nails in Wal-Mart on Fry Road and West Little York! I was excited to finally go get a pedicure and some relaxation time, but instead I received disrespect, foot pain, and loss of my time. The lady who was doing my pedicure was rough. I had to tell her several and hurt my toe to the point that it was bleeding. At this point I told her ma'am my toe is bleeding. The owner came over, wiped my toe with alcohol, and took a picture of my toe. The owner began yelling at me! She stated that it was only a little blood and that it was nothing to complain about. I told her that causing a customer to bleed was not acceptable and neither was her irate behavior and horrible customer service. The owner demanded that the worker stop doing my pedicure and that I needed to pay and leave the nail shop. I asked her if she would pay for a service that she did not receive. She said no, and said that I needed to leave a donation for the worker because her apartment flooded. As I was leaving, she said that she was calling the police because I had not paid. I reminded her that I had not received the services for which she was saying that I should pay. This you will see in the picture of my feet. I decided to wait for her to call the police because I know that I didn't do anything wrong. She called 911, explained her side, and gave me the phone. I explained my side to the dispatcher. After explaining my side of the situation, the dispatcher informed me that this was not an emergency and no officer would be sent to the scene because the situation did not warrant the presence of an officer. The owner followed me in Wal-Mart to take a picture of me. She then had someone she knew that was not even present during the event create a facebook post acting as though they are the victims. The facebook post said I did not want to pay $18 for getting my nails done and that they did not press charges because of Hurricane Harvey when in actuality the police said that they would not be coming out because there were no charges or police presence needed. Furthermore, the actual truth is no services were rendered because she stopped her worker in the middle of the procedure, and refused to allow her to finish because I expressed my displeasure at her hurting me enough to cause my foot to bleed. So in conclusion, PEOPLE if you decide to get your feet done PLEASE go some where other than the Regal Nails in Wal-Mart on Fry Road and West Little York unless you would like to be treated with deplorable customer service including disrespectful and demeaning tone, words, and behavior. My toe is extremely sore now, and my nerves are bad considering I STILL HAVE TO GO GET MY FEET DONE!
