They frequently over book. I was a frequent customer until I was rudely left waiting after being prepped for a manicure. The owner took the tech to service customers who came in after my scheduled appointment. After sitting there for 35 minutes I got up and left. I called to complain. The owner admitted that they were unaware I left !! Also my nail beds were ruined during the prep.

I wish i can give you -5 star.
After you read this review check the photo i just uploaded. My 18 years old sister went there to get a wax for her arm - check the photo for the results. They also charged her 50$ and they convinced her this is normal. It is not normal. what's normal is that you suck at your business and you have horrible customer service.
