From the online appt to the front desk to the nail tech to the exit... EXCEPTIONAL!!! I don’t live in Houston but I’ve visited this nail spa both times I’ve come and each time I’m impressed! This time I set with Ms Hannah for a pedicure and the conversation was a great way to end 2020 and start 2021. And the service.... and Hannah did an awesome job on my pedicure! I got the $60 pedicure with $15 on gel and it was worth every cent! This nail spa is definitely a spot that I will return to and send anyone who’s visiting Houston!!

I was referred to this place by a friend after hearing many many great things about the services and cleanliness. I was adamant about finding a new salon who is following federal guidelines during corona, who wasn't extremely pricey, and still would provide A + servicing. BeautyFull Nail Spa did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations with luxury decor, exceptional customer service, and a full spa day experience. This is my new nail shop. Hanna was awesome! She made me feel comfortable, and she worked hard to give me a great experience without the knowledge that it was my first visit. I look forward to coming back soon. Great job guys!

A friend told me that there was a black owned nail salon in my neighborhood. I looked them up and booked my appointment and friends it was worth it. Very clean, no bad odors from nail supplies. Excellent customer service and the results were awesome. My old salon I was a customer for over 10 years this is officially my new Nail Salon.

I tried this place for the 1st time and although the inside is nice, the customer service needs work. There was no warm greeting when you walk in and the two ladies at the front reception desk and the first station was eating a full meal. Not a very sanitary or welcoming sight to see as soon as you walk in. I was sent to a tech that seemed to be brand new. She didn't wipe down the table or pad before beginning. I got a simple full set with no color and it took way too long because she kept redoing the nails she messed up on. Another customer came in and after she ordered her service, she asked the lady at the receptionist desk if they still provided tea and cheese and the lady said yes. It would have been nice if it was offered to everyone there getting service. The customer had to ask and she and her friend were the only people in the salon that received tea.

Always 5 star service when I come. Kevin took crust off my feet others said was impossible. He was excellent. I'm a regular now. It's pricey, but worth it for 5 star experience. Love this Black owned nail salon.
