I had my hair and makeup done for my sons wedding on Saturday and I can not say enough positive about the experience. Taylor did my makeup and she did an excellent job and for the first time in my life I felt beautiful. Sandy did my hair and I had shown her a picture of what I wanted. I have to say she totally nailed it! I got so many compliments on both my hair and makeup, so Thank you ladies for making me look lovely on my sons special day!

Fun!!! The entire staff including the owners are genuine, friendly, fun and give the best quality service possibly. They make you feel like family. Love all the products I've tried. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero I would!! Although my cut is ok. The girl who did it was rushed & seemed inconvenienced that I was there. Also when she washed my hair she scrubbed so hard with her nails that I now have scratch marks & bruises on my scalp. & No! I do not have any hair or scalp issues for her to scrub this hard. It is extremely over priced for what they do!! I will be going to my regular hair salon from now on where they give you a hand massage, hot towel on face, & a shampoo massage all for only $40. Never again!!

I am disappointed that I have to give 1 Star. I have been a customer since the salon opened on Mentor Ave. We have spa days at least 4 times per year with around 10 people. We brought 20 people to the salon for my sons wedding. Many mishaps all the time but we overlook it because it is close to home and we were usually pleased. This spa day was a disaster. The massages for 4 people were completely messed up. The shellac manicure was horrible and had to be touched up before we left. It was off my fingers in 3 days. I spoke to Jennifer before we left and she tried to turn it around on us. She did not apologize or call me after the fact. No one was given their money back, we did not ask for that but an owner should have done something. She was rude and uncaring
