I go here all the time... today my nails look awful. I dont get tips as my nails are long I only go and get the dip color. Today I went to get my color changed and a new guy done them (kevin). They are super thick jagged and they just look horrible. They charged me 45 for it which normally I only pay 35. I am upset but I love tommy nails and I go there all the time.. this being said I hope they address the problem. From now on the older gentleman that has the first seat and the younger guy will be the only ones who will do my nails from now on..

Shellac on finger nails only lasted a few days before falling off. My light shade of pink turned dark orange in one week. The place is pretty messy and very unorganized on a regular basis. They make you feel pretty uncomfortable. They did my nails while I was getting a pedicure which Is pretty unprofessional. I really just wanted to relax while getting my feet done. Not hold a UV machine in my lap. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I have been a commited customer for over a year, and have spent hundreds of dollars a month. An employee who I have never had was giving me a pedicure, but when I was supposed to get a massage, she didn't give one. I am one to pay extra 90% of the time for a longer massage. Not even 10 seconds of anything!!
I spoke to the owner about the situation but when she confronted the worker, the worker had said she did....when she didn't. The worker blatantly denied my statement multiple times to the owner. I sadly will have to take my business elsewhere as I am not one to tolerate a lie to my face. Employees like this ruin it for business owners. As an avid runner this is the main reason for the experience for me!!!

My cousin and I went to get our nails done I turn out not to get mine but my cousin got hers. She asked for black matte with glittered ring finger for $45 they gave her full black matte for $50. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Paid 45 for ombré at one salon and friend went to this one for 50 asked for ombré and glitter got plain black and tried charging for every mistake
