I have been going there to get my nails done and pedicures done for the past year. I really like everyone. But I have to be honest about my experiences. On Friday although Q did not mean to she cut my hand with the nail machine because she's too busy trying to handle the high demand of walk in customers while doing nails. In which she did not even offer me a discount but because I brought it up to Nancy she made sure I got $5 off. On another occasion she cut around my nail on my index finger. Since these new owners have taken over I've had to wait longer as well. And not to mention on 2 other occasions they forgot about me and took other people in before me although I was there first. 😡 I love the way Nancy does nails but because she is often taken and I can never predict when I can come in to make an appointment it's impossible to schedule it. they either need to hire more technicians and/ or gain some better understanding of running this business or they're going to lose a lot of people. I really miss Michelle as the owner

The staff is always so friendly and fun! I love my nails whenever I come here! I come to this nail salon regularly 💅🏽 Definitely recommend it!!

Great customer service! I also love how they play Christian worship music. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Best color choices I have ever seen, Christian music playing and the friendliest couple that own it, Q and her husband Levi. Prices are best I have ever seen as well! Love this place!

The owner of Tempe Nails & Wax, "Q" is kind, friendly, and cares about her clientele and importantly she does a fabulous job on perfecting great looking nails! All of her nail techs, Nancy, Tam and Rose are excellent as well! Three Cheers for Tempe Nails and Wax you must go in and check their expertise yourself, you won't be sorry you did!
