I got a full set done here and they were the worst acrylics I’ve ever had. I didn’t notice until I walked out because of how dark the inside of the salon is but they were horrible. So bad that I had to call another salon and beg them to get me in last minute to fix them because I was leaving for vacation the next day. And the women at the second salon said I wasn’t the first person that’s come to them with the same exact issue from Exotic. The girl that did my pedicure did a great job and they were both so so so nice but the woman who did my acrylics just did not seem like she knew what she was doing. The acrylic was super thick at the base of the nail and then extremely thin at the tip and they were uneven all over. She got acrylic all over my skin on the sides of my nails which was painful to get off. I will never come back to this salon again.

One of the worst acrylic sets I’ve ever had! I found this salon on instagram and they had beautiful nail art including chrome. I went in to get a fill and some chrome tips. When i got there i showed the lady a picture of the nails i wanted from their Instagram account. She then told me “we don’t do that here” and i asked “then why is it advertised on your Instagram?” And i got no answer. They false advertise and have no idea what they are doing. It has been less than a week and two of my nails have popped off and one has cracked. There was barely any acrylic on the tips of my nails causing then to snap off. So much acrylic at the base that when i took off my nails it was stuck to my skin and ripped my skin off. The paint job was uneven and faint. I got my nails done there for an even and I’m happy i got them done the day right before because if i would have gotten them done any earlier my nails would have been broken off by then. Very disappointed in the FALSE advertisement and poor quality of there work. If you are thinking about going here, think again.

Not impressed with the job they did or their customer service. I took my daughter there to get acrylics and I got a regular manicure. Everything was fine that day but 4 days later her acrylics started popping off. Due to their business hours and our schedule I didn't call until about the 8th day to let them know. They asked if she wanted to come back in and I said no, she doesn't want to have you fix them we wanted at least a partial refund of our money. I heard the girl on the phone tell the nail tech the situation and then she asked me to leave my call back information and she'd get back to me. No one ever did and it's been over a week. I guess because I asked for money back and not for them to do another poor job on her nails I don't get any attention. Won't ever go back.

very nice lady but my acrylics have been popping off and it’s been a week. they shouldn’t be coming off this easy
