I had a few issues with their customer service. For one while I was sitting before my pedicure started i over heard a worker telling the customer who’s paying oh you’re not leaving a tip? I know the customer should tip. But what if she didn’t like the service? Non the less he shouldn’t have said anything. Secondly when I was being asked what kind of pedicure do I want he ( i say he because he is another guy who works there not the same from the counter) tells me oh you want #1. Which of course is the most expensive pedicure they offer. I kindly tell him no I’ll do #2. He’s pushing me to choose option 1. I again tell him not thank you. He seems to get upset but carries on. I realize he isn’t really giving me a massage and he’s not scrubbing my feet at all barely touching them. I give him $5 for a tip and he doesn’t seem happy.
If you go expect to feel bad if you don’t tip or do tip. Also be prepared to be pushed to choose something you might not even want.

Bad customer service!!! The guy that was doing my nails did a really bad job and refused to make them better to my liking! He left my nails clumpy and the color wasn’t right. The powder that they put on top of the nail, the guy left a pointy tip on the top of the nail, and it bruised my finger. I also got my toe nails done, and right when I got home the color came off and they refused to fix it too. I was sitting at the salon and they told me to get up because my nails were dry, turns out they weren’t and messed up when I got home.

Loved this place & so wish they had one in Utah!!! They did an amazing job on my nails. & probably did the best I’ve ever had done! Strongly recommend!

I have been going to their service for years. They are personable, professional and have great customer service. Excellent job

Male technician did a horrible job on my nails. First time I went the lady tech did an alright job but nails did not last a week before breaking, I went in again & had the male technician do my nails, he said he had 23 years of experience & seemed like he had 1 month of experience. Each and one of my nails are all bumpy with no shape whatsoever, I told him something of the bumps/shape and he said they came out like that because I did a glitter gel color, all my life I’ve done mainly glitter coats gel or none gel and never have I had such horrible work done on me. Even my boyfriend who knows nothing about nails was shook about what horrible service I got. Worst place ever to go to !!DO NOT GO HERE
