The staff was very understanding and nice. My boyfriend and I were lost and they took the time to give us directions. My boyfriend went to have his eyebrows cleaned and she did an exceptional job.

It was my first wax so I was very nervous, Melisa was my wax specialist and she made the entire process informative and relaxing. Sure it was painful but I've been smooth for almost a full month and about to go in for my next appointment.

If you haven't tried hard wax salons (as opposed to strip wax), you need to. There is a clear night/day difference in the pain, process, sanitation, and results. It's not more expensive, either. They have their buy 9 get 3 free deal about twice a year. Super worth it. They are not pushy for tips or buying products.

I had a wonderful first experience here. Stephanie M. did a wonderful job. I plan on returning. I do appreciate EWC using and selling cruelty free products.
